2. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

  • Once canceled, the paid amount will be refunded to your Ghaghan Enterprises Wallet or the original payment method, as applicable.

b. After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • If delivery is refused, applicable delivery and handling charges may be deducted before issuing any refund.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.

  • The order could not be delivered due to our logistics issue.

  • The transaction failed, but your payment was deducted.

You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.


4. Wallet Refunds

If a payment or order is refunded, the amount will be:

  • Credited back to your wallet, or

  • Returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer), depending on the payment source.

Refunds to the wallet are usually instant, while refunds to bank accounts or cards may take 5–7 business days.


5. Withdrawal Refunds

If you request to withdraw funds from your wallet:

  • The withdrawal will be processed only to your verified bank account.

  • Once processed, withdrawal requests cannot be reversed.

  • Any technical or gateway error during withdrawal will be resolved within 7 working days.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  1. Take a clear photo/video of the item.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Failure to report within 24 hours will make the order ineligible for refund.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Fresh groceries and perishable food items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer


8. Refund Timelines

  • Wallet Refunds: Instant to 24 hours

  • Bank/UPI Refunds: 5–7 business days

  • Card Refunds: 7–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


9. Cancellation by Ghaghan Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • The payment fails or appears fraudulent

  • The shipping address is incorrect or unreachable

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method.
